When you purchase a pumpkin from convenient seasons, we coat all of our pumpkin with petroleum jelly right after its carved. We also spray the pumpkins with a preserver to prevent mold, rot, and bugs. We ship the pumpkins in dry ice for freshness and to prevent dryness. A tip for all of our customers for your purchase of the pumpkins to stay fresh up to a few months is to keep your pumpkin in water overnight evernight or keep the pumpkin in a fridge overnight, until you decide to through it away.

SHIPPING COST
Our flat-rate shipping and handling is $5.95, you can order as many products as you like for one shipping and handling charge.

ORDER AND PAYING

We will ship your order after confirmation of payment is received.

The time gap between your sending and our receiving payment may vary from 12 hours to 5 days. This time gap is outside our control. We recommend payment by credit card for the fastest processing. (It's immediate)

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
